Alas Burton was moved to a (largely ceremonial) producer role very early on in Batman Forever's development. Still that hasn't stopped lots of people trying to figure out what it would have looked like.

Let me get one thing straight, It was Joel Schumacher who wanted Robin Williams to play The Riddler and he's a Batman fan like Schumacher, and he said playing The Riddler would be very nify, but he turn it down because he found The Riddler way too intellectual, not as comedic as The Riddler play by Frank Gorshin in the television series of Batman.
